Mon. 9.30 am....The following were €20 winners in the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in Creighton's Bar recently; Gerard Lavin, Pat Carty, Peter Wynne, Doreen Caldbeck, Michael Corrigan and Mary Reid. The house prize was won by Liam Wynne. The jackpot wasn't won and it will be at €3,400 for this week's draw which will be held in Daly's Bar on Saturday night next.Team D will be in charge.
Our U16s failed to muster a team to play Oran on Saturday evening last. It is deeply disappointing that this should re-occur with this panel. It is to hoped that parents would take more responsibility in ensuring that their sons display a greater  sense of loyalty to their playing colleagues and those who devote so much voluntary time and effort to coaching. The U16s are due to commence their championship campaign against St Dominics in Knockcroghery on this Thursday at 7pm. A full attendance is eseential.
The National Automation Limited minors lost narrowly to Clan na Gael in the Division 1 League on Tuesday evening last in the Abbey Park, in a very good game.. See fixtures for details of outstanding games.
The Cooney Motors/ Cooney's Centra Juniors await details of their next outings.
The McGovern Directional Drilling Intermediates had a convincing 3.8 to 0.7 win over Kilglass Gaels in wind swept Tarmonbarry on Sunday, thus putting them on top of the Division 2 League tabl, albeit with a game extra played. They will entertain Fuerty in the next round of this competition on Sunday next in the Abbey Park and a strong performance will be required to maintaing the unbeaten run.
All team managers are advised that the main pitch should not be used for training of any form until further notice. This is required to facilitate grass growth.
Managers are also advised to ensure that Club premises and facilities are fully respected and protected.
The Club is currently selling tickets for the County Board draw which has a total of twenty prizes, with top prize of €35,000. Tickets may be obtained from Club officers.
Boyle Ladies Club.
The U12 Girls will commence their championship campaign on this Tuesday at 7pm in the Abbey Park when they will take on St Croans. Support will be greatly appreciated.
