It was disappointing that they didn’t collect silverware but they have ,nevertheless, had a great Division 2 League campaign and gaining promotion to Division 1 for next year. Congratulations are extended to Pearses, who are the only team that Boyle has lost to this season. The lads will now re-group for their upcoming Intermediate Championship Quarte Final in which they will play St Dominics on the weekend of 6th September.

Ladies Club
The Intermediate Girls went down to much physically stronger Kilbride side in the Intermediate Championship in Kilbride on Thursday evening. The girls fought bravely but the strength of the Kilbride girls and their experience of playing at a higher level told at the end. They will have a chance to return to winning ways when they take on Roscommon Gaels in their next championship outing. The minor girls are awaiting details of their next championship outing.
