Boyle Juniors Impressive Win.

Boyle 0.16 Western Gaels 0.8.

The Feelystone team had a convincing win over Western Gaels in the Division 4 North League Semi Final in Boyle on Sunday. There were fine performances throughout the field with everyone making a contribution and it was an enjoyable game to watch. At half time Boyle led by 0.8 to o.4. This pattern continued in the second half. Good direct play led to some very good scores. David Callaghan was the scorer-in-chief. I missed the first five points in the first quarter so I can’t attribute the scores accurately. O’Callaghan., Darren O’Connor ad Donal Kelly were the main scorers. The Boyle team was as follows: C. Beirne, C. Horan, J.S. Lyons, Ml. O’Donnell, A. Finn, C. Cox, J. McDermott, C. Cox, P. Lavin, N. McKenna, D. O’Connor, D. Kelly, T. Lowe, D. Callaghan, Jim Suffin with M. O’Connor and G. Goldrick. The team awaits news of their next fixture.
