Stars of the Week: Kathleen and Mary for the tea at half time on Saturday.
On the field of play probably the Cox brothers Cillian and Ciaran. Honorable mention for the referee, Francis Keane, who travelled from Cloofad to Boyle on a foggy day to enable the game.

Lotto Results:
There was no winner at the draw in The Moving Stairs on Sat. the 21st. The numbers drawn were; 7/10/13/18. The €20 winners were: Gerry Nerney/Bernard Shannon/Sandra McCrann/Marie Lavin/Pat Carty/ Ann Kean (B'Meen)/ Eddie Creighton/Irene Tivnan/Sandra Tiernan/Elisha Cuffe. House Prize; Mary Sweeney.
The Jackpot now stands at €2,800 and the next draw takes place in An Craoibhin on next Sat. Dec. the 5th with Team 'A'.

Teams and team captains please note that ALL envelopes-sold or unsold- be collected from bars on the night of the draw. If this is not done it leaves us open to x, y, z.....I shouldn't need to elaborate on that....and it has happened in other clubs.....Castlerea a few years ago for example.....Also I was told, in one pub, that the sellers left the (crowded) bar without making sure that sold envelopes were handed up. So they were left after them with the same possible consequences. Let's tighten up our game. the Lotto is the lifeblood of the Club and I imagine that with the increased team numbers a burden has sustantially decreased off the few who carried it for years. Sin e.
