The following were €20 winners at the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in Creighton's ;-Joe Mahon, Donal O'Connor, Finola Doherty, Finbar Feely, James and Marian Cox, Gerard Wilson, Gerry McCormack, Eddie Creighton and Frank Mescall. The house prize was won by Jacinta O'Gara. The jackpot wasn't won and a jackpot of €3.300 will be on offer for this week's draw which will be held on Saturday night next in Daly's Bar. Mary Clifford's team will be in charge.

The National Automation minor teams had mixed luck in their meetings with Roscommon Gaels during the week. They lost the Special Minor League game while they had a well earned victory over the Roscommon Gaels in the Division I League on Friday evening last in the Abbey Park. Their next outing is on Sunday next in O'Rourke Park at 12 noon against Castlerea.

The U16s' are still awaiting details of their league semi final opponents. The U14s will play Strokestown on Thursday at 7pm in Strokestown in their Division 1 League. The U12s will play Roscommon Gaels in Lisnamult at 11.30am on Sunday next. The Cooney Motors/Cooney's Centra junior team is also awaiting details of their next outing. The McGovern Directional Drilling team will play St. Dominics on Sunday next in the Abbey Park at 4pm in the O'Rourke Cup. Support would be appreciated as this is their last league outing before the championship. Thanks to all who generously supported the Minor Club church gate collection at the weekend and to those who carried out the duties of collectors. The Club extends its sympathy to the Canny family, Loughglynn and to the Eire Og Club on the death of Richard Canny Senior.
Boyle Ladies Club;
The U12 Girls had an unsuccessful visit to Ballintubber last week for their game against St Croans. They will play St Dominics in Knockcroghery on Sunday next at 7pm in their final group game. The quarterfinals of the U12 competition are fixed for the weekend 2th May-Ist June with the semi finals down for decision on the following weekend. The U14 girls will play the first game of the Championship on Friday 13th May at 7pm against Shannon Gaels in the Abbey Park Training resumes for this panel on Wednesday and it will continue on each Wednesday and Friday from 6-7.30pm. It is vital that all girls return to training this Wednesday. The U16 girls are still awaiting confirmation of their Division 1A Final versus Padraig Pearses which was postponed due to Pearses participation in camogie finals. The Junior Ladies will play St Barrys this weekend in their last league group game. They will commence their championship campaign on the weekend of 22nd May with an away fixture to St Mary's. Congratulations to Melissa Goldrick, Sarah halligan, Melissa Mattimoe and Sinead Meehan who were members of the Roscommon U14 panel which won the Connacht B Final in Ballinlough on Friday last and to their Manager, Boyle man Pat Leonard. This panel will now meet the winners of the B competition in Leinster. Cash for Clobber. The Ladies County Board in conjunction with all Ladies Football Clubs in the County are fundraising by collecting old clothes, shoes etc. Boyle Ladies have to fill a quota of 140 bags. Bags for this purpose are avilable from Sharon Conroy, Sinead Cummins, John Cummins and Louise Kennedy. Alternatively you may fill your own bags and contact any of the aforementioned to have them collected.

Boyle Ladies GAA
U12 girls travelled to Ballintubber last week and were unsuccessful. They
now play St Dominics in Knockcroghery on Sunday 8 May at 7.00pm in their
final group game. The quarter finals of the U12 competition are fixed for
the 29 May-1st June with the semi-finals fixed for the 7-12 June.
U14 girls, the first game of the Championship is on Friday 13 May at 7.00pm
at home to Shannon Gaels. Training resumes for this panel Wednesday and
Friday Abbey Park 6-7.30pm. It is important that all players return to
training this week.
U16 girls are still awaiting confirmation of their Division 1A final v
Padraig Pearses which was post-poned due to the participation of St Pearses
in the U14 Camogie finals last Monday.

Junior Ladies play St Barry's this weekend at home in their last league
game. The Junior Ladies Championship commences on the week-end of 22 May
with an away fixture to St Mary's.
