TRX SYSTEMOn Friday 28th January 2011 at 7.30PM in the Mercy Secondary School GYM, Claremorris the new TRX Training System will be demonstrated. This is a simple suspension system that is designed to maintain and develop strength while simultaneously conditioning the core. I think it may be of real practical value to all GAA teams.
