Mon. 7.30pm.
Below is the link to an interesting seminar in Castlebar regarding a number of GAA topics and issues of interest. I intend to go and there are three places for teh Club so if anyone else is interested please contact me. It is perhaps more relevant for people at the coalface rather than the boardroom! It takes place on Saturday next starting at 9.30am.

The Club Lotto draw which was postponed at the weekend as a mark of respect to the late Jimmy Furey, Derryknockeran, Cloonloo, father of Club stalwart Michael, will be held on Saturday night next in The Patrick's Well with Team B in charge. The Club extends its sympathy to the Furey family.
The Club is currently taking entries for the forthcoming adult Scór competitions. Entries must be in by 13th February and entrants are being recruited for set dancing, figure dancing, instrumental music, ballad group, novelty act, recitation, solo singing and quiz.
Congratulations are extended to Cian Smith who made his debut with Roscommon seniors against GMIT on Sunday by scoring three points. It is hoped that this will be the start of a successful county career. Good luck is extended to Fergal, his management team and his panel of players as they commence the National Football League against Longford on Sunday next.
A special meeting of the Club will be held in the Clubroom on this Tuesday night at 8.30 to distribute tickets for the Club's fundraising draw which will have as its main prize a weekend away in New York for the forthcoming Roscommon versus New York Connacht Championship game in May. A full attendance is requested. Make sure you have a passport!
The Club will be represented at the County Board meeting to be held on Monday night next 7th February.
Those using the Abbey Park are asked to note that new footpaths are being constructed by the Rural Social Scheme workers and care should be taken not to drive on to them nor to walk on them until they are fully set.
All Club members are advised that registration for 2011 is now due and payment should be made to Club Registrar Brian Supple.
Congratulations are extended to Ruth Cox who was the recipient of a special presentation to mark her outstanding achievement in winning an All Ireland Title in the U10 200metres event in the Community Games National Finals last year. The presentation was made at the Community Games AGM which was held in our Clubroom on Friday night last.
